STMIK Royal – STMIK Royal recently held a seminar entitled “Finding Self-Confidence,” through the STMIK Royal Career Services Center. The event took place on Friday, December 22, 2023, and was attended by speakers from the Asahan District Manpower Office.
The seminar was enthusiastically attended by STMIK Royal students and alumni, aiming to provide a deep understanding of public speaking skills and award competency certificates to participants.
During the event, speakers from the Asahan District Manpower Office provided valuable insights on how to find self-confidence when speaking in public. Participants were also given the opportunity to practice directly in controlled situations to enhance their speaking skills.
This seminar is part of STMIK Royal’s efforts to prepare students and alumni to be confident professionals capable of effective communication in the workplace. It is hoped that the understanding gained from this event will provide long-term benefits for participants’ careers and personal development.
